1. Payment Options

We accept payments via Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to checkout. You can also use your credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Solo and Switch/Maestro). Those with existing Paypal accounts can login for ease of payment.

The total amount of your purchase, including postage and packaging (if applicable), will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and converted to your currency at current rate by your card issuer.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient funds on your account.

2. Price

All the prices on the web site are in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. In the unlikely event of any price changes we will contact you to obtain your approval before making any extra charges or dispatching any goods.

Orders are accepted subject to availability.

The automatic “order processing” email you may receive does not constitute order confirmation.

If a product you have ordered is not available for any reason you will be informed and have the option amend the order or be issued a full refund immediately.

3. Delivery

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, unless otherwise stated on our site. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving cleared payment for your order.

General Delivery Timescales – standard non-tracked mail:

UK: 1 – 4 days
Europe: 4 – 7 days
Rest of World: 7 – 21 Days

Choose a tracked service for a priority delivery timescale which is faster than the unregistered standard mail option.

For deliveries outside of the UK, Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date.

Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.

Please note that any items that are dispatched using 1st class unregistered mail are not insured whilst in transit.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.

If you experience any issues relating to lost or delayed mail items, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate further.

If as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to us we can offer to:
1) Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge.
2) Offer to refund the cost of the items orders less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees.
Please note that the following options do not apply if the item/s experience damage whilst in transit.

For this reason we strongly advise to check your delivery address after placing your order. If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to us correctly you must contact us immediately.

4. Returns, refunds and order cancellation

We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Orders must be sent via Recorded Delivery - please contact us at store@ekho.world for details before sending.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch and a full refund given.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

5. Security

Our online payments are processed securely by Paypal. Your card details are not stored anywhere on our server.

6. Privacy Statement

Your privacy is important to us. All of the personal details collected on this site will be held in the strictest confidence. At no time will we disclose any personal information to 3rd Parties.

From time to time we may use your details to inform about you new products and services being offered. If you do not wish to receive any information from us about new products, special offers and events you will be able to unsubscribe as soon as you receive your first mail from us.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, unless otherwise specified on one of our site updates. Please check the site updates to see if there is a store holiday period or bank holiday which may disrupt normal response times. During business hours we endeavor to respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours of receiving email.
